Delicate Bow Necklace
[Fashion accessory tutorial]

Couple weeks ago I stumbled across an article on harpersbazaar.com about an Art Director who one day decided to wear the exact same style to work every day: a white shirt, black pants and for personal detail a black leather rosette. I am not a fan of work uniform but I really love her idea to wear a delicate leather bow as necklace.
In the article she mentioned that her bow necklace was customized for her, so in this tutorial I show you how you can customize yours. The special leather lock on the bow is what makes this necklace special. It forms a perfect bow and allows you to vary the size of it. Easy tutorial with a stylish result.

[Gourmet] The Iron Booster Juice

Iron rich juice recipe {via www.fashionrolla.com}
The Iron Booster Juice
[healthy recipe]

Iron can make the difference between you feeling on top of the world and downright miserable. Iron plays a key role not only in the body’s oxygen transport and delivery system, but also in the regulation of metabolism. If your blood has a lower amount of red blood cells you’ll start to feel tired, hungry and cold.
Most doctors argue that the best way to improve your iron level naturally is by eating red meat. I claim this iron rich juice recipe is a much healthier solution:
Ingredients for 1,5 L:
  • 2 apples
  • 3 oranges
  • 2 beetroots
  • 300 gr red grapes
  • 7 carrots
  • ginger
  • 1 table spoon sesame seeds

1. Wash all your vegetables and fruits before processing. Depending on the type of the juicer you have, you might need to peel the oranges and the beetroots. If your juice is strong enough to process the skin, make sure to clean the surface with a vegetable brush.

2. Process all the fruits and vegetables in the juicer.

3. Add the the sesame seeds to the juice. The sesame seeds are high on iron and quality protein. Plus they prevent diabetes, reduce blood pressure and even can prevent cancer. I literally put the sesame in my every meal.

Pour about ¼ cup of batter into the hot skillet and tilt the skillet, shaking it slightly until the batter spread evenly around the skillet. Cook for about a minute, until slightly golden, flip the crepe over and cook for another 30 seconds on the second side. The first one will not be your finest.

Stir the beef occasionally to make sure it’s browning evenly. The meat has finished when it is evenly browned and shows no signs of pink.
